Ordering Information
Lead Time: Every piece we offer is handmade by expert craftspeople. We do not keep a large inventory on hand. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped to you immediately. If an item is not in stock, it can take between two to six weeks to fill your order. Some pieces require the combined work of three crafts people, and while it is our goal to get your order out as quickly as possible, this type of handwork does take time. When you place an order, we will let you know when to expect shipment.
Payment: We accept PayPal, VISA and MASTERCARD. We also accept checks, but they must be cleared before your order can be shipped. All funds must be in U.S. dollars or international money orders.Do not send credit card numbers in an email, phone 302-337-8285
Due to recent postal increases, shipping will be charged at the current Priority Mail rate. This may mean that two charges to your credit card will appear; the sale itself, and the shipping.
Returns and Exchanges: We accept all return and exchanges, no questions asked. Returns must be made within six weeks, and be in unused condition.
